The brand operated approximately 20 retail branches and employed around 50 hearing aid dispensers across the UK. However, as WS Audiology reviewed its global retail strategy, the decision was made to exit direct retail in the UK market.
In October 2022, OutsideClinic, the UK's largest provider of domiciliary (home visit) eye and hearing care, acquired Bloom's UK assets from WS Audiology. By early 2024, the Bloom Hearing Specialists brand was formally retired, with all customers and services transferred to OutsideClinic.
